Order cancellation


If you wish to cancel an order, please ensure to contact us within 24 hours. After 24 hours, we begin processing your order & cannot cancel your order.


My parcel hasn't arrived yet


While we try our level best to ensure you receive your order within 8-12 days of your purchase, we cannot guarantee that due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and other unforeseen circumstances that may affect shipping and inventory.

Once a package has been shipped, it's up to the postal services to process & deliver your order safely & in a timely manner. The pandemic has cause unexpected delays worldwide and, unfortunately, we have no control over these situations. We ask you to be patient with the postal services as they're working as hard as possible to get your order delivered to you under these unprecedented times.

We are unable to refund for items not being delivered by a specific date, special occasion, or holiday

I received a faulty item

As soon as we verify this information, we will reship the item that was faulty at zero cost to you

Lost Parcels


If the tracking information shows that it's 'delivered successfully' but have seen no evidence of the parcel, please contact us and we will resolve this issue you.
